How to make the most effective amulet in the form of a cloth doll?

Traditionally, dolls are considered toys for children, decorative or collectible ornaments. But this was not always the case - there were times when such products acted as protective amulets. Wax, carved from wood or made from other improvised materials, they accompanied and protected their owners from various troubles and misfortunes. The fabric doll was especially popular. And it is not surprising, because it could be made from ordinary raw materials and in a short period of time. Moreover, self-made amulets, unlike the others, were famous for their effectiveness. Therefore, in this article we decided to talk about this type of amulets - how they can be made and why.

Hand-made dolls, the prototypes of which replenished the heritage of traditions and relics of our ancestors, were able to provide real help to their owners. Since ancient times, people have used similar crafts that they made on their own to attract good luck and happiness, ward off adversity or bring the fulfillment of a wish closer.

Different pupae, accompanying not only our ancestors, but also many modern people, can carry a certain meaning, influencing a specific area of \u200b\u200bactivity (Pelenashka, Zhelannitsa and others). And therefore, embarking on the manufacture of cloth amulets, a person must know exactly what he wants most of all.

For example, if a person wants prosperity and prosperity to come into his life, he can make a doll out of ash. Such products are one of the first amulets that the Slavs used to protect their homes. A homemade rag doll with a piece of coal from a ritual fire was considered a powerful protective amulet. Also, ash dolls (these crafts were called earlier) were considered the keepers of the hearth. When moving and changing their place of residence, magic toys were made from a piece of matter, into which they put coal from the furnace. It symbolized the warmth and comfort of the house, and it was transferred from the old dwelling to the new one.

In addition to the ash doll, other amulet toys were also popular. For example:

  • Krupenichka was considered a doll protecting household wealth and abundance in food;
  • Swaddle - a rag doll, a talisman, the manufacture of which had to take place before the birth of the baby;
  • Kuvadka - a “toy” that protects the health and happiness of the newborn, which was hung over the baby’s cradle;
  • The herbal capsule, which was considered a talisman for the house, drives away misfortunes from it, and also cleanses the atmosphere and removes negativity;
  • Lovebirds - a charm for newlyweds, which is presented to them on their wedding day for joint happiness in marriage;
  • Wishlist - an amulet doll for the fulfillment of cherished desires, which helps the owner's dreams and wishes come true;
  • Plantain - an amulet that attracts success along the way for travelers who go on a long journey;
  • Kupavki - rag dolls-motanki for unmarried girls who told fortunes about their betrothed.

This, of course, is not the whole list of man-made dolls that served as protective amulets. But these are exactly those that were in special demand earlier, and now they are no less in demand. How you can do it yourself, we will tell further.

Amulet for prosperity, so that the family lives in satiety

For prosperity, our ancestors made dolls called Krupenichka with their own hands. The task of creating such amulets was assigned to the shoulders of the keeper of the hearth. To make such a creation, you must wait for the phase of the growing moon. It is during this period that a powerful amulet will turn out, which will surely help to attract prosperity to the house.

Beforehand, it also does not hurt to prepare by clearing your thoughts and tune in a positive way. In addition, you will need the necessary materials. To make a Large Doll, prepare:

  • a piece of cloth;
  • a few colorful patches for decorating crafts;
  • a solid handful of wheat (any other cereal);
  • red lace.

Before making traditional amulet crafts, you need to remember the basic rules of the process:

  • firstly, it is not recommended to use stabbing and cutting tools in the manufacture of amulets, so as not to cause the opposite of the expected effect;
  • secondly, the number of knots on rag dolls must always be even.

At the beginning of the procedure for creating a talisman with our own hands for satiety and prosperity in the house, we prepare shreds. In general, Krupenichka is a pouch-pocket. It was filled with grain so that the doll did not look thin. Then the bag was tied and decorated. Therefore, the first step is to take a larger flap so that a good handful of cereals fits into it. Some decide to sew a pocket. However, thinking about the purpose and effectiveness of the doll, it is better not to do this.

Having spread a flap on the table, pour cereal on it. Then, lift the edges and tie them with a string. Form the head of the future doll from the edges of the matter. Attach a scarf on top, and then a scarf, tying it cross to cross. Further, the amulet is decorated with colorful pieces of fabric. You can attach a skirt to the doll and a shirt, as well as an apron.

It is very important that the material has a red color. Previously, it was believed that it was he who was a magnet for positive energy, which would contribute to the realization of desire.

When you managed to make Krupenichka, it should be hung in the kitchen. It is desirable in a conspicuous place so that the amulet doll you created is effective.

Craft for the fulfillment of cherished desires

Very often people make wishes and look forward to their implementation. So did our ancestors. However, they waited for the fulfillment of wishes, not idly by. Previously, in order to bring the realization of a dream closer, our ancestors took up the manufacture of special amulets. For such situations, the Desire was effective - a rag doll that "worked" for the realization of only one desire.

Before making such a charm, the customer must clearly know what the doll is being made for. A handicraft is considered effective if it is made by hand for the fulfillment of one, specific purpose. The wisher, whose name speaks for itself, will act until the implementation of the cherished request. After - the product will have to be disposed of, as it will become useless. The easiest way to do this is to throw it into a ritual fire, as they did before.

The process of creating a talisman doll called Zhelannitsa is quite simple. In order to get an effective amulet as a result, you need to prepare the following materials:

  • several pieces of matter of different sizes and with different patterns;
  • two wooden sticks;
  • natural threads of red color;
  • cotton wool;
  • lace (also red).

Doll Zhelannitsa, if you make it with your own hands in accordance with all the rules, will help you achieve the desired goal in a short time. In particular:

  • rag dolls to attract desire (money, prosperity, etc.) should be created during the growing moon;
  • for the manufacture of amulets, it is necessary to use natural materials;
  • necessarily on the pieces of prepared matter there must be a red color, activating the necessary flows of universal energy;
  • cloth dolls are not recommended to be made using sharp objects (instead of sewing parts, it is better to wind them with threads).

The process of creating a magic doll with your own hands should begin with the preparation of the frame. To make a charm, you need to tie together two wooden sticks in the form of a cross. Next, the head of a magic toy is formed. To do this, cotton wool is placed in the middle of a flap of white fabric. It folds, ties the doll's head and wraps it to the top of the frame. Then the edges of the white flap are applied and wrapped with threads to the frame at the intersection of the sticks. Remember that in order for the amulet to act in the necessary direction, you need to make an even number of knots and in the process of needlework think only about your desire.

After the head and torso of the craft are formed, you will need to dress the doll in a shirt. First, cuts of fabric are wound on the side sticks, which are subsequently fixed at the edges with threads. Next, another cut is wound on top. It is also attached to the frame at the intersection of the sticks. In conclusion, you can take on the decor - put on a motanka:

  • scarf;
  • handkerchief;
  • apron with a belt in the form of a lace.

When the Wishlist is ready, if desired, you can tie a piece of paper with a wish written on it to the hands of the doll. It is advisable to use red paper to activate the necessary energy flows for the fulfillment of a desire. A self-made Wishlist can be in any of the rooms in the house. The main thing is that it should always be in a conspicuous place. In addition, in order for the amulet to work constantly, it must be periodically picked up and filled with its own energy. After the amulet has fulfilled the specified goal, it should be disposed of.

Home charm talisman for the whole family

For those who decide to take care of the health of all members of their family, we advise you to make a charm doll called Kubyshka. This do-it-yourself craft will keep the family healthy and ward off serious ailments. In order to obtain an effective protective amulet as a result, it is worth using only natural objects and herbs collected by oneself during the manufacturing process. If it is not possible to do it yourself, you can buy them at a pharmacy.

As a rule, the following herbs are used for motanka-herbalists:

  • sage;
  • oregano;
  • Melissa;
  • chamomile;
  • St. John's wort.

To make the doll itself, you will need cuts of matter:

  • 20x20 cm (for the head);
  • 2 pcs. 40x40 cm each (for the body);
  • 2 pieces 10x10 cm (for the chest);
  • 20x20 cm (for a scarf);
  • 8x8 cm (for the apron).

In addition, you will need cotton wool to fill the amulets and natural threads, laces.

First, we lay out the two largest pieces of matter one on top of the other. Pour herbs into the center of the future doll. By the same principle, we make the head of the pupa, instead of grasses, placing cotton wool there. We form balls and tie them with threads. Next, you need to make the chest of the doll. Having filled two cuts measuring 10x10 cm with cotton wool, we tie them and fasten them to the body so that the magic toy has a magnificent chest. After that, we decorate the doll with our own hands using the remaining matter. The finished amulet is hung above the bed.
